For years I have been thinking I should be doing restorative yoga and meditation. I've never got around to doing so because I dreaded the thought of having to be still for an extended period of time. So I walked into the retreat, not really knowing how my body would respond (i.e., thinking I'd have to leave at one point to run around the grounds to calm my twitchy legs!). What a pleasant surprise that I was able to fully embrace the day! I believe the last time I was so still for any length of time was either when I've been ill or on a long plane ride! The meditations were interesting and helpful. I actually fell asleep at one point. Letting go and setting positive intentions was wonderful. You are kind, thoughtful and accepting and clearly experienced. Everything was amazing including all the other participants you attracted. I left the retreat feeling more peaceful, reflective and calmer than I've felt for years. My mind wasn't going 90 miles/min and it felt SO nice to turn everything off! Thank you.

My day at the "Bliss your Soul" retreat was wonderful. It was so nice to take time and learn ways to settle my mind and relax. Beth was so calm and helpful with guiding us through various meditations. This really helped me to step back for a day and reflect on the state of my mind and self. I would recommend this retreat to anyone as this would benefit you in any stage of your life and learning how to be mindful is so useful to use in your day-to-day. If you have the chance to go, definitely take the time to do it!

Our Forest Therapy Walk was really special for both of us, in similar and different ways. What a wonderful opportunity to be intentionally mindful in such a beautiful setting. I am grateful for the much-needed experience of allowing myself to disconnect from the busy-ness and internal noise of our world. It does change you. It stays with you. I can transport myself to moments I experienced and remember.

Thank you for being a wonderful coach. I can honestly say as a result of our work together I have a clear vision of what I want. Where there was confusion and doubt, there is now clarity and focus. I bring positivity into my day on purpose and live each day with peace, joy, ease and passion. Life is good. Infinite gratitude.

Reflecting back on our coaching sessions together I feel immense gratitude for all that I learned. Our work together allowed me to come to know my signature strengths and how to deploy them in ways I would have never thought of. You taught me tools to bring peace into my busy mind and chaotic schedule. Those alone were worth the price of admission. But the clincher is that I have begun the process of self-acceptance and discovery…I am enough and I am worthy.

I am so grateful for today having attended Bliss Your Soul Retreat. Today reaffirmed I have everything I need to bring bliss into my mind, body and spirit with these embodied practices. The retreat was amazing, comprehensive. I loved it.

I attended a Bliss Your Soul Retreat this past weekend and it was an amazing experience! I expected to learn to relax but what I left with was a wealth of knowledge on how to rest my body, quiet my mind and recharge. The restorative yoga and daily meditations were so helpful in getting me to relax and let go of stress. Beth has such a warm and nurturing soul. Her life stories really help connect all walks of life. I'm looking forward to using the restorative yoga practices before bed to sleep well. Eternally grateful!

Just a note to say thank you for the amazing time and experience I had yesterday at Bliss Your Soul Retreat. I usually have a lot of trouble sleeping. Last night I slept from 10.30 pm to 5.30 am (was woken up by my alarm clock and could have slept much longer but had to go to work today). I said my metta before going to sleep last night and this morning I felt lighter inside , like a huge weight had just dropped off. I wish I could have stayed in that zone for longer but my day was shouting out to me to start. I had never heard of restorative yoga and my experience was awesome

Thank-you so much for leading us last night, it was a wonderful experience. What was really wonderful was how you wove your own stories and journey into the teaching. You are a lovely human being. It was eye-opening, as to the different kinds of meditation, and to how this plays a role in our lives. The session was practical, hands on, demonstrated what was possible, and inspiring for our own practices. I had the BEST SLEEP ever last night, was so blissed out by our session!

My Forest Therapy guide Niel was very welcoming and warm. I got to connect with nature in a more spiritual way. I also felt a deeper connection with myself. The silence and the beauty let you think about the positivity in life.

When we came back home from our Forest Experience with you and walked with our dogs along the river, we felt so much more mindful of our surroundings and we look forward to many more adventures amongst the trees. As a scientist I was intrigued by your references to the benefits of Forest Bathing and couldn't help but consult the literature, and wow there is an ever-growing body of support. Words cannot express my gratitude for having done Bliss Your Soul Retreat. Beth's positive and calming energy just radiates; she is such a beautiful soul. At a point in my life when everything was changing and I could not keep up anymore, the retreat helped re-focus my life. I learned to let go of what is no longer good for my own growth. Learning the practice of mindfulness and gratitude helped start me off on the path of self-love and healing, and I try to practice it every day even when it's not the easiest. And the restorative yoga was amazing, I enjoyed every minute of it.

Having had the opportunity to attend one of her soul nurturer retreats was a delight to my senses and evoked a new sense of mindfulness for me. Beth is an amazing coach and facilitator...had the most restorative retreat day with her yesterday. Totally blissed out! If you need a day of de-stressing and learning mindfulness, this retreat is the answer. She holds them monthly, and customizes special group sessions upon request.

I participated in Bliss Your Soul Retreat in January and found it immensely peaceful, relaxing and thought provoking. Learning to calm my mind through mediation, restorative yoga, self-compassion practices and lots of introspection has been very helpful. I am better aware of how I can be more in control of my own stress levels. It is great to be able to step back from the busy world we all live in and to be more appreciative to living and being "in the moment". I am grateful to Beth for leading us through this day-long journey and feel it was truly rewarding and meaningful. Beth's soothing voice and ability to inspire with her heart-felt stories and words of wisdom brought all of us into a period of comforting tranquility. I will be able to use the tools I learned and apply them as regular habits in my daily life.
